All enquiries are handled via our website contact form or email. Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll guide you into one of two pathways, depending on how much you already have prepared.

Option 1 — You don’t have artwork yet

If you know you want hand-painted signage but don’t yet have fonts, colours or a clear design direction, we offer a Signage Artwork Package. After you submit your initial enquiry, we’ll email you a link to purchase.

This package is for signage artwork only (we do not offer logo design) and includes:

• A digital mock-up of your sign layout (fonts, colours and placement)

• Up to two rounds of revisions

• A clear visual direction ready for quoting

Once your design is approved, we’ll provide a quote based on the final artwork.

Artwork is supplied digitally and is created specifically for hand-painted signage.

The artwork package fee is redeemable if you proceed with the signage.

Option 2 — You have artwork or a clear direction

If you already have artwork, fonts, colours and strong inspiration, we can move straight to quoting.

To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need:

• A photo of the window, wall or surface

• Measurements of the area

• Wording and artwork (or font/colour references)

• Access details

• Your preferred timeframe

Once we have this information, we’ll prepare a tailored quote.

Once your quote is approved:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours

• Installation dates are not locked in until the deposit is paid

• Work does not commence without a confirmed deposit

Deposits cover preparation, scheduling and materials. If a deposit is paid late, timelines may shift depending on availability.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll take it from there. On installation day, we arrive fully prepared to complete the work as agreed.

The remaining balance is invoiced immediately after the job is completed.
